Chef Jessie’s favorite events to cater are weddings, thus far in his professional cooking career he has catered over 350 of them. There is nothing that makes him smile bigger than watching the bride and groom along with the family, wedding party, and all the guests enjoying his cuisine on one of the most memorable days of their lives. We hope that 10, 15, 20 years from now when the couples reflect on that glorious day and all the memories, the food will be a huge part of their nostalgia.
Chef Jessie has delivered culinary excellence in almost every wedding venue setting there is. From country clubs, to farm houses, wineries, Ruritan clubs, and even private homes; Chef Jessie has done it all. These experiences have served as teachable moments where he has been able to learn and master the best menu offerings for each venue.
