My favorite events to cater are weddings!  Thus far in my professional cooking career I've catered close to 50 weddings. There is nothing that makes me smile BIGGER than watching the bride and groom along with the family, wedding party and all the guests enjoying my cuisine on their most special and memorable of days. I hope that 10, 15, 20 years from now when couples reflect on that glorious day and all the memories, THE FOOD will hopefully be a HUGE part of that.
 
I've delivered culinary excellence in almost every wedding venue setting there is; country clubs, back yards, farm houses, wineries, Ruritan clubs and private homes.
 
These experiences have served as teachable moments where I have been able to learn and master the best menu offerings for each venue as well as appropriate ways to setup and present one of the most important parts of the day, THE FOOD.
 

My staff consists of experienced and mature servers and bartenders. My wedding prices are per person and vary depending on menu choices and whether you choose a high end buffet or a sit down plated three to five course meal.
 
You won't find very many catering companies who share my passion for great fresh food from all corners of the globe to tempt your taste buds. I offer tastings of up to three agreed upon entree choices or hors d'oeurves.
